‘The Fritz’ -floor model
Saving a design from extinction: The 1960's Canadian, iconic R. Huber pieces have been a rarety and highly sought after in the vintage/midcentury enthusiast community. These old, solid teak pieces are unbeatable, BUT the fibreglass shell components are starting to oxidize and become brittle, the fibers are breaking down and the shells are getting weaker every year... At Vintage AF we use new, molded fibreglass to recreate this look. Polyurethane, high density foam, quality fabrics and solid wood are included!
Form fitting and function, soft rounded shape on a solid maple base. This smaller scoop version is encased in a sculptural, solid wood frame that has been hand crafted.
Fabric: Maxwell Fabrics, performance fabric pattern Solar System in teal.
